My First Agloco Goal

Agloco network

I’ve never been very good at networking. It must be the introvert in me. I’ve had several friends make decent money with various multi-level marketing products, and they’re always trying to get me to join. I always turned them down. Why? Because I can’t see myself convincing enough other people to spend $150/month buying exotic fruit extracts to offset the $150/month I’m required to pay into the program. I’m definitely not a sales guy.

For me, the attraction to Agloco is that it’s free to join, and anyone else would be a fool not to join too. Think about - all you have to do is use the Internet just like you’re already doing, and you make money. Want to make more money? Just ask your friends to sign up for free and do the same thing.

Now that I’ve committed to this, I figure I should set some goals. I see people like John Chow who already have thousands of people in their networks. I’m no John Chow. He’s been around a lot longer and already has a presence on the Internet. But he serves as a good point of inspiration. While I may not be on his level, I can certainly improve my performance. I’d like to get 100 people in my network in the next month.

Right now I have 11 people in my network. Nine are direct referral from this web site (i.e. not people that I know). As you can see, you can’t necessarily count on random people to build your network for you. If everything worked properly, you’d expect your extended referral network to be much larger than your direct referrals. I think it’s a matter of quality. 95% of the people coming to your web site probably don’t have the motivation to continue the network after they sign up (who knows, maybe you’ll be my lucky 5% !).

The reason for the lack of motivation may be one of education. Maybe they don’t understand how to promote their network or go about getting more referrals. Your best referrals will probably come from people you know. You can educate them; you can explain to them the advantages getting more referrals; you can help them extend their networks and keep in contact with them to provide encouragement.

This is where I find myself lacking. As I said before, I’m no networking guru and I’m definitely not a sales guy. I don’t relish the thought of talking to people about business and convincing them to join in. But I must send a big thank you to the folks at Agloco for making this part a lot easier for me. With free sign ups and no need to change your Internet browsing patters in order to make money, this should be the easiest sale in the world.

So here are my goals, exposed to all the world so as to make me accountable for them:

  1. I will extend my network to include 100 people within 1 month (by April 12th, 2007)
  2. I will recruit at least one person I know who has the potential to recruit others

Wish me luck. And consider setting some goals for yourself. As this is still a relatively new program, It’ll never be as easy to succeed as it is now. So don’t hesitate, join Agloco now and start building your network.

Keep up the great work! I know that those who set goals in their efforts to build Agloco will have much more success than those that don’t. I hope you exceed your expectations!
